The yearly fee sits between RM 1,500 and RM 3,500, depending on how many systems your app covers and how much change you expect. We confirm your exact rate before anything starts, and it stays fixed for the year.

One price, however you grow
Most support contracts charge per outlet, per user or per login. We do not. The retainer is a flat rate for your whole business — add an outlet, add staff, grow from one shop to five, and the fee stays the same for the year.
That is also why weekends are covered. When your business runs on Saturday and Sunday, you should not have to wait until Monday for help. We work the same hours your business works — and as long as there is a laptop with us, we can support you wherever we are.
